About our Initiator:

Jan Christoph Wönicker embarked on his passion for finance at the young age of 15, beginning with stock trading. Early on, he recognized the profound impact that financial knowledge could have on individuals and communities. This realization fueled his drive to make a positive difference in the world through his work. His early interest in the financial world led him to invest in blockchain technologies, seeing it as a means to create more inclusive financial systems.

As he progressed in his career, Wönicker gained valuable experience through various client projects and his studies in business administration at one of Europe's leading institutions for financial services and payments. During this period, he continually saw the importance of social engagement and the need to leverage his skills to benefit society. His participation in these projects was driven by a desire to create solutions that could provide real value and support to communities.

Wönicker's commitment to making a significant impact extended to his role in the development of the European "Request to Pay" platform, Paycy, during its Accelerator Program. He understood that transforming the payments landscape in Europe could greatly enhance financial accessibility and efficiency for many.

Today, Jan Christoph Wönicker is dedicated to developing inclusive AI solutions and concepts aimed at the sustainable value enhancement of investment portfolios. His current work is a continuation of his lifelong commitment to using technology and finance as tools for social good. He believes that by creating innovative solutions, he can help build a more equitable and prosperous world. Beyond his professional endeavors, Wönicker remains deeply committed to giving back to the community and ensuring that his work contributes to meaningful change. His involvement with the VAI.
